We live in a country which has lost it's footing on morality. I'm not saying it ever had one...what with the slavery, Jim Crowe laws and the continued oppression and propaganda machine. But addressing the abortion issue, it is a safety net for irresponsible sex. The only way people get married anymore is after sleeping around with X number of other fornicators. While the majority believes they're Christian, what does the Bible say about this behavior?

Those who don't believe in religion, why get married? After all it is a legal accomodation for a RELIGIOUS mandate! That's what gets me about the "civil union" crap. The non-religion folks should instead ENCOURAGE the religion nuts to bring back the biblical laws! The majority that way, will be stoned to death and the non-religionists will be the new majority at which time they can change the laws!

In any case, none of these absolutely STUPID issues have any bearing in my life or my decisions. The media, however, will trumpet these issues so essentially like-minded individuals can take opposing sides. How brainwashed the average person is amazes me.
