Nomorewars and I have both abandoned the Zogby forum for the same reasons we left yours. No real monitoring. Rule abusers retained to keep the juices flowing, and a plethora of inane spamming from wing nuts. Itappears tthat you have abandoned your forum. I was hoping to find another site for venting. alas!

Glad to have you back on the site! My apologies about the 70-and-younger part of the site-- some of the software was pre-set with those ages. That is on the list of site bugs to fix, I think people as old 115 should be able to register :-)

After the 6th anniversary of 911, and the surrounding theatrics, culminating in the Chimp-in-chief’s pathetic display last night, it is imperative that we devise a strategy for getting the nation back on its proper course.
This ought not to be so difficult, since we are talking about the most obviously venal, corrupt, incompetent gang of sociopaths in our history.
So far our party has done a grand total of nil to put a stop to their treachery. Our hairline majority is only sufficient to prevent any newly proposed treasons.
So I ask myself, how can we bring about any change other than by this ridiculous cowering in correctness to assure our victory in 2008? It is a lock no matter what happens, Cheney has dealt the GOP a mortal blow, they are marginalized for a generation, if we Democrats aren’t afraid to govern.
We can begin immediately, by insisting that our representatives adopt a policy of unending harassment against every Republican facing re-election. We do this by introducing legislation to end the war weekly at least, forcing the Rs to go on record supporting the war. In a few weeks, or a few bills, they will be vaulting the aisle in droves. SEND THIS TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVES.
