Due to overcrowding inmates, the United States Supreme Court has ordered Calif. authorities to reduce severely over-crowded prison numbers. Governor Brown's administration reacted Tues, saying its plan to move some inmates to local jails will solve the problem. WRONG! Government has never protected individual rights its the exact opposite. Our founders wanted to keep in check for that reason.

Looks like socialism has failed again!

When it comes to deciding for myself, I am one of the most anti-drug people on the planet. I don't believe in cough "medicine," and won't even take aspirin. Never been in any trouble, disturbance, don't smell funny, don't drive dangerously, etc, etc; I pretty much mind my own business. But in the past, I've had cops go out of their way to find excuses to search me and my vehicle; a few illegally. Some would go out of their way to run-up on my bumper and follow me for several miles, apparently waiting on some dirt to come back. Just a well maintained fully stock four-door family sedan. Hell, when a teenager, was stopped a few times riding my ten-speed through the backstreets on the way back home.

Through my life experiences and from my perspective, there is a *REAL* problem with the population make-up of the "nation of the free world's" prisons being what they are. Whether we deserve it or not, (take our current President for example,) we're automatically suspect of being criminal. Jim Crow never died, he simply morphed.

EASY SOLUTION: Abolish prisons. Use biblical law. Punishments will be only restitution or execution. Theives and petty criminals property criminals ETC will be required to pay for damages, 3 times the amount for theft, 7 times the amount for destruction. If they can't pay, community service and labor.

Meanwhile rapists pedophiles murderers and kidnappers will be executed. Do it within a week instead of delaying and therby not serving justice by keeping them on death row all the time.

If the liberals succeed in getting capital punishment banned I suggest doing what England France and Russia used to do. Internal and external exile. The left wing Euro peons who want to welcome our felons with open arms can have them. otherwise we can herd them in Alaska or one of our far flung territories.

The onyl solution to ending prison crowding without raising crime and giving felons a free pass is to stop being politically correct and suck it in. Most of all, stop being merciful to evil people.
