When the right-wing majority on the Supreme Court ruled that Corporations (foreign and domestic) were essentially equal to us U.S. citizens when it comes to unlimited contributing to political campaigns there was a huge uproar by Republicans, Democrats, and Independents alike. Even many Tea Partyers thought that this was an outrage and clearly saw that money = power and that our democracy CANNOT survive if the rich corporations are setting the rules and regulations and placing their folks in to office and on to regulatory boards.
Where has this outrage gone? Where do Tea Partyers stand on this now? Why is this not a national priority for all U.S. citizens who are not rich or are not on the Board of Directors of corporations?

Good one, meet the new boss same as the old boss. I'm sure the Republicans will sacrifice American citizens on the alter of corporate globalism too. The Democrats have the same contributors, plus the Global carbon tax and open "borderism".
Thanks for the site and forum.
Ha! Still fuming I see? well thats what you get when you depend on the government for a hand out. But you still have the senate and half of congress and the WH. Government knows best after all right?

Yeah. Silly cartoonist, handouts aren't for ordinary people. They're for bankers, Republican Congressmen (so far only one has committed to turning down the government-paid health care that they don't want the rest of us to have), military contractors, and other members of the wealthiest one percent.
Speaking of nonscience. Why is it there has been no measurable warming for over a decade? Pray tell! I recall an email that got leaked about it not being explainable by the "scientific" climate models.
Everything would be so much better if we could just take away from people who have more than me and keep them strickly supervised.
Speaking of Constitutional Amendments... no problem with the airport 4th Amendment-free zones?
