We need to do to the capitol what was done in Madison Wisconsin. We wont leave them alone until the rich pay their share, the ceiling is lifted and spending on the military is cut. And end the war.
Republicans can't stop talking about Wiener since it is such a nice distraction of the Republicans destroying the social security net. There are already more people dying each year because of the lack of public insurance than died on 9/11. How about spending the same trillion on thousands of Americans dying each year instead of starting wars? But it would take away money from the military-industrial-complex. (A phrase formed by that commie Eisenhower)
Yeah, America is getting scarier and scarier all the time. You're steadily surrendering your democracy and the welfare of the people to corporate interests. Most all of you know it, ivory-towered liberals and foam-mouthed tea-partiers alike... but your own media and news outlets are trying desperately to distract you from the fact, and you're letting them.
The American political process is an absolute joke, every bit as authentic as the 'reality TV' with which its slowly becoming synonymous, inane spectacle replacing any and all substance.
When the middle class is dead and the majority of American citizens are struggling to pay for heat in the winter, the TV will still be there, eagerly poring over the latest misadventures of the Obama daughters, or discussing the second season of the hit new series 'So You Want to be A Supreme Court Justice'.
