That is a bit bigoted and racist for my liking.

How is it racist? Maybe you

How is it racist? Maybe you should go don one of those black beekeeper outfits and submit your soul to these neanderthals.

The globe in the beginning

The globe in the beginning looks familiar. Was that an edited version of the "globe" at the end of "Hopping Mad"?

Too bad the big, bad U.S.

Too bad the big, bad U.S. military wasn't unleashed on Pakistan and Afghanistan (before the Iraq Invasion) and policed that part of the world that actually needed policing and liberation from true religious fanatics. Saddam Hussein may have been a harsh dictator, but at least things weren't as bad as they became after he was removed. A lot of people are no longer here on Earth after the USA's temper tantrum was unleashed on poor Iraq that was treated as Uncle Sam's whipping boy.

If those cowards and world-class bunglers of the George W. Bush administration and their co-conspirators in Congress had really wanted to do good in the world, rather than invading a weakened Iraq for sheer profits' sake, then the region may have truly become better than it was (or still is) under Taliban, Pashtun and Pakistani rule.

The USA could have even de-nuked Pakistan once it entered the country and defeated it militarily and do to it, what it did to Iraq (which didn't even have any weapons of mass destruction and they all knew it and they still went ahead with an unjustified invasion anyway!) The people could have been released from the tyranny of the religious fanatics that are practicing laws from the 13th century.

Why is the world this blasé about dealing harshly with such inflexible, backward, religious fanatics hellbent on waging war on modernity and all it entails? The world, as a whole, should just go into this region and clean house and liberate the people that are living under this brutal tyranny. Simply kill all these religious fanatics that abuse women and that impose such a brutal way of life on people, forcing them to not be able to join the modern world.

These videos I saw on YouTube really changed my mind about the Taliban and religious fanatics in general that do such brutal, despicable things to everyday people -- many who aren't even capable of fighting back, i.e. women, children, old people, etc.

This is a good cartoon,

This is a good cartoon, Mark. The Taliban are a genuine concern that America must address. You know this is real problem when a liberal says so!

So this is what passes for

So this is what passes for 'safe' so-called 'humor' in Bankrupt ImperioCapitalist Amerikkka under Wall Street's Pentagonized Half-White House-N-gger??

You'd have to be rather insane to glean any wit or fun from this propaganda brainf--k, which simply commands the Homeland subjects to ignore to the orchestrated robbery being perpetrated upon them, while pointing to the consolation of some convenient foreign scapegoat you can, under military license, rape, torture, rob and bomb to dust.

"So join the Army today, and 'work off' some of that racist tension in a risk-free modern 'Injun-hunt' via GameBoy console from the comfort of your couch."

That's the message of twisted bastard Fiore!

Therefore, I sincerely wish a terminal bowel cancer on his sick ass.

Yeah, I think Fiore might

Yeah, I think Fiore might have been a little hard on these guys huh. Using children as suicide bombers doesn't really merit the wrath of a political cartoon does it?

>Sitting down to be interviewed, Shaheed explains what Sharia Law has taught him about women.

“The government should forbid women and girls from wandering around outside,” he says calmly. “Just like the government banned plastic bags -- no one uses them any more -- we should do the same with women.”

Shaheed’s teacher defends the school, saying it promotes only peace and harmony, not terrorism, but away from the camera, he tells another story.

When asked who he thinks will win this war, his response is chilling:

“No matter how many Muslims die, we will never run out of sacrificial lambs.”

It also confirms something Shaheed said during his interview: “When I look at suicide bombers younger than me, or my age, I get so inspired by their terrific attacks.”

Leaving Karachi, the reporter tries to make contact with the Taliban leadership in the tribal areas. She wants to talk to the men who are recruiting children from these religious schools for suicide operations.

After lengthy negotiations, she meets with Qari Abdullah, who makes no attempt to hide his face.

“We never used to fight against Pakistan, because we thought the Army were Muslims,” he tells her. “But when they started bombing us, we had to do jihad against them.”

When she asks him about using young children to carry out such attacks, he replies:

“Children are tools to achieve God’s will. And whatever comes your way, you sacrifice it.” He then reveals that he recruits children as young as 5, 6, and 7 years old.

Whatever energy a person

Whatever energy a person puts out into the world, be it positive or negative, will be returned to that person three times. So, I hope your health insurance is paid-up.

The whole aim of practical

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary. -- Mencken

How about a cartoon on

How about a cartoon on Christian fundies, or more specifically, their Taliban-like counterparts, the reconstructionists? I'm not religious, and personally, view all religions as BS, and find it amusing to see the hippocracy(sp?) displayed by the "spare the rod, spoil the child"-bunch right here in the good ol' USA, as they try
and make Those Other religious extremists look bad for doing pretty much what they themselves do. Until Organized Superstition finally goes the way of the dinosaur here on earth, we will continue to have wars, killings and strife exceeding that of purely political conflicts.

Religions (the Churches)

Religions (the Churches) actually are the original means of political control and fear was always the best device to use; as in "That ole devil gonna git ya". And it is the "My god is bigger than your god" idea that has led to most of the world's wars. Xtian or Islam it matters not, in the end people just get killed in the name of peace..isn't hypocrisy wonderful?

nukes - the most destructive weapon the earth has seen.

I just posted the first

I just posted the first episode of "News-in-a-Nutshell." (Now, with moderate cartoon gore.) Thanks to John Taylor for the excellent voice work, as usual!

Let me know what you think.
