Trump’s Ultimate Sacrifice

August 3, 2016

In order to keep up with the flurry of Trump stories, satire now needs to happen in real time.  It’s been a busy week for Donald Trump, who started his week by fighting with Khizr and Ghazala Khan.  Going after parents who lost their son in the Iraq War wasn’t enough, though, Trump Co. news ranged from an itchy nuclear finger to blaming the victim to tangling with a crying baby.

It’s become apparent that Donald Trump is much more than a maverick outsider candidate who has an amazing knack for politics.  He’s a candidate whose psychological issues worked great in the swashbuckling primaries but are getting a little more than unsettling as we near the November election.

This has been a truly fascinating few days with a flurry of firsts in presidential politics.  From the look of things, there is no going back now and it will only get wilder.  I think it’s safe to say that there is no moderating course correction or sanity in the Trump campaign now that the general election campaign is here.  Meanwhile, the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democrats are learning how to bait Trump like the best of internet trolls.  Enjoy the cartoon, no seals were harmed in the making of this video, and remember to check out my Patreon page!
